Summary: The property was in a good location and items needed were provided. Their was beach items and it was a short walk to the ocean. The only downside was the cleanliness. There was a lot of dog hair and just general cleanliness was not great.

Summary: It was very small, but as advertised. No comfortable place to sit. Suggest microwave and refrig. be secured better. Throw rugs a hazard for older renters.

Summary: This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit and it was even better than the last! Lots of small details taken care of, clear communication, felt safe and secure. There is a small dining table and chairs in the kitchen area now so there is somewhere to eat, or sit outside near the fire pit and beautiful greenery. My dog loved it too!

Summary: Truly appreciate the thorough communication throughout the booking process, however, the condo is in rough shape. Countertops are contact paper and they are bubbling and peeling up. The peel and stick tiles around the tub are also peeling up. The tub was very dirty and the jets didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Walls are very thin and I feel like we could hear conversations of the other vacation rentals around us. The vacation rental also had a weird upstairs unit that was open but we didn't have access to it. It was a little scary being unsure of what was up there especially since it was open. Wifi was very weak. While they had a smart tv, there was no way of streaming anything due to the weak connection. No stove or oven. That being said, EXCELLENT location! Truly just steps from the beach and from town. The communication from the management company is incredible. Nataliah reached out to us multiple times to check in on us and ensure that we were happy with our stay. We enjoyed Rockaway and exploring the area but I do feel like we got what we paid for since we did choose the rental due to the cost.

Summary: The bed was comfortable, the location was great being walking distance from the beach and shops. The host was great and left a little care package which was a nice touch. It’s a small space, so it was a bit cramped, but not an big issue for us as we were only there for two nights. I would definitely stay there again under the same circumstances.

Summary: The listing is accurate but doesnt do the place justice. Its in a great location (2 minute walk to a really nice beach) and had everything we needed. Host was very nice and check-in and check-out was very easy. Planning on staying here again next year!

Summary: Overall, not a bad spot to stay for a night passing through. The bathtub jets need to be removed and cleaned. Nowhere to sit and eat besides the bedroom which you’re not allowed to eat in. No A/C and only had 1 screen that was wedged into the kitchen window. It would have been nice to have been able to open all of the windows to get fresh air. The location in proximity to the beach and beach access was super easy.

Summary: Loved this cute little place! They even had beach chairs, a cooler etc for use for guests! The best part was being so close to beach access!! We will definitely stay here again!! Absolutely loved it!!
