Summary: This house is beautiful inside and out and perfect location for easy viewing of elk. We had everything we needed. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub as we weren't aware there was one but next time we certainly will. We enjoyed a nice fire on the patio both nights and made s'mores. We look forward to staying again!!!

Summary: We loved our time at the farmhouse! It was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen and the owner literally thought of everything! Location could not have been better! The Boxley elk were in the field, across the road almost the whole weekend. We took photographs from the front porch! The owner went above and beyond! We plan on staying there again!

Summary: This property is in the exact location one needs to be for elk watching. I cannot express enough, the cleanliness of the home. We loved the quaintness yet very luxurious feeling of the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely anything you need to prepare a meal. Fresh flowers greeted us upstairs & downstairs an extra special touch. Even though it was just my husband and myself due to a change of plans, we only went upstairs one time. I would return and stay there for the cleanliness and location. We love the fact that we were able to bring our little dog also.

Summary: This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The fenced in backyard was a great touch for our dog to get out and run around, and we loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. The house was a 4 minute drive to the Buffalo River, so you know we went swimming every day of our trip

Summary: This property has been immaculately renovated and maintained. It’s beautifully decorated and the owner has thought of every detail. They even left fresh flowers on the table for us. We messaged the owner with a couple of questions and she responded almost immediately. The back patio is wonderful for a group. Every morning and evening we had a view of the elk in Boxley Valley right from the rocking chairs on our front porch. We will definitely book again.

Summary: The couple that own this beautiful home care about customer service. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable home at the bottom of this historic valley. Everything works, and they pay attention to details. The two friendly horses and the dog from next door made our group feel welcomed.

Summary: We loved our stay at this home. We have made this trip 4 years in a row, but it’s our first time staying at Mattie’s home. It was absolutely perfect. Well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Clean and beautiful. Also, The horses next door were so fun for the kids to walk with along the fence line❤️

Summary: The house was situated in a perfect location for hiking, biking and rock climbing in the Ozarks. We spent the weekend with family visiting from NY. The house was in great condition and had many amenities including the best kitchen setup I've ever seen in a rental house. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an Ozark getaway.
