There is room for your whole family/ group to sleep comfortably at this beautiful 5 bedroom house, plus office.( Sleeps 14+)
This large roomy house has it all. Plenty of parking , Two eating areas, Two separate living room areas/kids living room, Large fully stocked kitchen. ( Toaster, Coffee Maker, Electric skillet, Crockpot, cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc..),
3 large Smart TVs.
Big back yard with a swimming pool and awesome Cabana that has a Full bathroom and Kitchen. Lots of space for everyone to hang out and relax by the pool.
Big 5+ acre City park with 2 play grounds and 1 1/2 mile walking trail only 1 minute walk (view from kitchen windows), Multiple grocery stores near by (walmart,kroger,Heb).
You’re close by everything that Houston has to offer, City center is only 1 1/2 miles away and Downtown is 13 miles. You are within 5 minutes of some fabulous restaurants, movie theater and Great, Great shopping at Memorial City Mall.

**House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum Age to Rent is 25.
No Smoking and no vaping inside house. This is a non smoking inside property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am.

Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, napkins, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 toilet paper roll for each bathroom. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set lasts for 3 nights for most guests.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/wifi or if temperature is undesirable.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $350 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund. With the police escort.

The 2 back patio sliding doors have a lock each to access to get to the POOL and Cabana.
When you unlock the doors with the key, you are responsible for the safety of you, your family members and friends.
When it’s time for you to check out and leave. Please, please strip the beds that are dirty and put all towels in laundry room. Load and run dishwasher.

Summary: Worked with us on a literal last minute rental. Very nice and spacious property with pool. Nice outdoor space by pool with bathroom/shower, tv and fridge. The property is very clean and has lots of extras (2 indoor fridges, pool towels and pool floats, games, plenty of tableware and 2 dining tables. Highly recommended.

Summary: A wedding saver. Due to the power situation that knocked out our other rental and venue, we were welcomed here on very short notice. A very nice open space that a family and friends can enjoy. We were very busy being shorted 2 days on wedding prep too really relax. This place was a great stay.

Summary: We had family fly in from all over the country and Inger’s house was a great place to stay as we prepped and enjoyed wedding festivities! The location was great and Inger is great at responding to questions and letting us know when gardeners and pool guy would arrive. I would stay here again!

Summary: This was perfect for our 3 families with young children - 7 adults and 8 children. The house was child friendly with toys and plenty of gathering spaces. The pool and county park across the street provided the much needed activities to keep the adults sane. All enjoyed it immensely. Off the Beltway made it easygoing to get to the other destinations.

Summary: There were a number of bedrooms and bathrooms available that accommodated a group of 13. Spacious kitchen area, nice tiki bar with patio furniture outside and a pool. Our group enjoyed the home, as it was comfortable, spacious and offered everything we needed for a 5 night stay! The host was extremely responsive which was great!

Summary: This is a fantastic vrbo! It was spacious for our big family and it has incredibly nice pool. Many nice features. Was a very relaxing time, made great memories, and we will be back whenever we are in Houston. Would highly recommend. Property has everything you need, and then some. It was super easy, and very conveniently located. Thanks again!

Summary: The pictures do not do this home justice. The bedrooms had plenty of room. Good size bathrooms. The pool was amazing. The kitchen was great and the double ovens and dishwashers were a plus. The owner responded quickly with any questions I had. My only complaint was that the bedrooms were hotter than the rest of the home.

Summary: We stayed in this house with a large family group. The house was recently remodeled, well equipped, clean and in excellent shape. The neighborhood is pleasant and filled with trees. Our grandson enjoyed playing in the park across the street. We all enjoyed playing cornhole by the pool. Even though it was only March, the weather was warm so I took a dip in the pool and it wasn’t too cold. All in all this house worked out very well for our group of 12.
