Summary: Our stay was extremely wonderful. Your house was cozy and warm. The view is to die for. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. One small thing was the big dehumidifier in the basement was very loud at different time. Hope that’s normal and not something wrong with it. Thanks again.

Summary: The property was very spacious and well appointed. It was gratifying to see the beautiful mid-century furnishings with decorative touches all being pleasing to the eye but with comfort in mind. Obviously the highlight was the extra large picture windows displaying the spectacular beauty of the rocky outcroppings of the coastline. We had a lovely stay.

Summary: I give this landlord 5 stars plus. He responded to every communication very quickly. The property is beautiful, and well-appointed. You can't walk to the beach, though, unless you are in excellent hiking shape. So just know you have to drive everywhere. Our 18 year old granddaughter was shocked there wasn't a television in the living room, I thought it was awesome for there to NOT be one. 🙂

Summary: Super clean and the views are better than the photos. Loved the small town of a Oceanside and Nedart too- not a ton of restaurants but everywhere we ate was fantastic.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Maxwell House. The house had plenty of space for our family of three, and the most beautiful view of the beach and rocks! The town of Oceanside is small and quiet, but is close to Tillamook, which has several restaurants and grocery stores. I would absolutely stay here again for a quiet, relaxing vacation!

Summary: From the jaw-dropping views from the enormous picture windows and deck to the perfectly appointed house, Brian and Heather provide y family with one of the best vacations we have ever had! As a family vacationing for the past 25 years in Oceanside, we have stayed in many vacation homes through the years, and none holds a candle to this house. We will be back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Maxwell House. Our kids said it was a definite improvement from where we stayed the last time. Everyone was comfortable and satisfied with the house. We will consider staying there again!

Summary: This is hands down one of the best vacation homes I have ever had the privilege to rent. It is impossible to adequately describe the incredible view from the living room and deck. Our group spent hours watching the light change on the water. We could even see whales spouting a short distance from shore. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. House instructions are very well organized and easy to follow. The owner is a pleasure to work with and responds quickly to all questions. Our group loved being in the quiet community of Oceanside. We could walk to the beautiful beach from the house or drive a short distance either north or south to see more fantastic scenery. This vacation will always be a special memory for our group. This property deserves a 10-star rating!

Summary: This place had everything we needed, and is tastefully designed. A great location, and the view from the deck, picture window, and master bedroom, looks like a picture. Great host who was very responsive to questions.
