Summary: We rented this place as we waited for our home to finish being built. It’s close to everything while feeling far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Water is always hot and has everything you need to live comfortably. Our closing date on our home got pushed back and I reached out to Carl and he extended us an extra week! I’m writing this review while I lay on the couch in this rental! No complaints at all.

Summary: We stayed at this property for our annual Branson Christmas trip. The check in/check out process was very smooth. The house is fully stocked with appliances/utensils. It has plenty of space inside and out to entertain. The property is kept clean. The neighbors were very friendly. I would recommend this property.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family and 3 dogs. It was spacious, clean, lots of beds and everything thing we needed to cook most of our own meals. Large TV with Amazon and Netflix came in handy in the evenings after doing things in the city during the day. Beds were a little firm, could maybe use a foam topper but overall it was a great place for us to stay.

Summary: We rented this for our trip to SDC. In a quiet neighborhood, close to city but feels secluded. It is a trailer, so heating and cooling is uneven. Kitchen is mostly well stocked, could use some more silverware. Loved having a dishwasher. Bonus was the kittens playing around next door.

Summary: Outside of the house makes the inside even more spectacular! You wouldn't think a little trailer would have so much beautiful character inside, we loved our stay and would gladly rent again!

Summary: My 3 brothers and I spent one week in this location and thoroughly enjoyed. It was off the beaten path, but worth the extra drive to enjoy the quiet and rural setting. The house was beautifully finished inside and included everything necessary to enjoy the week there. A lovely front deck with grill and picnic table was a nice extra. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. I would make one suggestion though, safety grab bars in the showers would be appreciated.

Summary: Very nice place, the grandkids really enjoyed staying here, our youngest loved the jacuzzi, loved that we were out by ourselves, the grandkids loved all the deer and other animals they saw, very clean and beautiful place would diffently stay here again
