4 Bedroom House in New London

This great home has 4 bedrooms - 2 queen, 1 king, and 1 bedroom with twin beds, plus a cat napper sofa. There is also a portable cot that sleeps 1. This updated home has updated appliances and granite, and both bathrooms are completely renovated with tile and marble. There is a wonderful screened in porch facing the lake with spectacular, unimpeded views of the water and wildlife. You will love having your morning coffee there and watching the sunrise. The kitchen and living room area is one big open space and is designed for large families. Beneath the screened porch is a patio with a porch swing and outdoor furniture. There are plenty of floats and various sizes of life jackets for enjoying the water, and there is a ping pong table, 2nd bath, and washer/dryer downstairs. There are also 2 kayaks and a paddle board for guests to enjoy. In 2018, we built a beach area at the water front with real beach sand. It's such a nice, relaxing feature, and children especially love playing in the sand. There's also a fire pit for those evening gatherings near the water around the fire. In 2019, we added an additional indoor stairwell leading to the downstairs. If you have a PWC (personal watercraft, like a Wave Runner or Jet Ski), we have installed a landing pad joining the pier where it can be safely parked when not in use. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat which can be parked safely on the side of the pier. (The boat lift is reserved for the owner's boat.)

Summary: Property was exactly as described. Beautiful home with lots of space for our family. We spent mornings on the screened in porch drinking our coffee and watching the sunrise, and evenings fishing and playing games. It truly was the perfect getaway. We enjoyed everyrhing about our stay here and will definitely be booking again.

Summary: This house had everything we needed: a very well stocked kitchen, screened deck, lots of table games, 2 kayaks and a paddle board, and a dock for our boat. And it is 2 doors away from a boat ramp and Scallywags grill with weekend live entertainment! The only down side for us was only one bath on the main (bedroom) level. But there is a 2nd full bath in the basement. side was

Summary: We had an amazing vacation here! There was plenty to do (fishing, kayaks, games, cornhole, etc). We had the pleasure of meeting the owner when they came to collect the trash… Dianne was super nice and gave us some tips for catfishing. We would 100% recommend this house to friends and hope to return in the future.

Summary: Our family of 7 had a wonderful time. The home is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for the week. Highlights for us included swimming off the pier, campfires on the sandy beach and tubing on the lake. Owner is kind and helpful We plan to come back!!

Summary: We stayed at the house in 2022 and looked forward to visiting again. Our group consisted of five adults and a toddler. Our son and his family with three children stayed nearby and visited every day. There was plenty of room in the family room and on the screened in porch. The bathroom in the basement was very convenient when we used the beach. The kids enjoyed the sand beach, swimming, and fishing from the dock. Great place! Look forward to visiting again.

Summary: Property was even better than pictures. Location was great, view was wonderful, fun was has by all. The dock was perfect for our rented pontoon and the house had everything we needed and we even walked to Scallywags for dinner. Nothing could have been better for our group.
