Summary: All were good..facilities were great..we were very unfortunate because the elevator was out of service as my elderly parents need to wait so long after check in. The room we received at around 3 something in the evening. We know that it was a peak season school holiday but at least the staff must don something and should improve in terms attentive skills and control the guest nicely.

Summary: The hotel is old and renovation is in progress. Room size is big however, bedding quality in not at par with the other hotels. Breakfast is OK, nothing great about it.

Summary: Lovely beach resort for a quick getaway from KL A few things to consider to help guests have a better experience at the resort 1. The deck chairs around the pool need a water proof cushion cover to make sitting on them more comfortable 2. A few chairs or deck chairs near the beach area will allow guests to relax and enjoy the sea breeze Thank you

Summary: I booked 3 rooms for me and my family. All 3 rooms were in very poor conditions and unclean. Kettle and the safety box were not working. Frig was noisy. Water was nonstop running in toilet tank. The only good thing about this hotel was the buffet breakfast and the swimming pool. I will not stay in this hotel again.
