Positive: Pretty close to Legoland (around 5km) and supermarkets (3 are in 2...2,5 km), everything is clean and handy, all facilities are well-equiped. Easy to find, supportive host. Enough place for parking. Especially liked a lots of toys, 2 toilets, nice and big space on the 2nd floor. Will stay here again and again since bought annual passes (much more cheap if you plan to visit Legoland 2+ days)
Negative: Considering price and distance to Legoland there is nothing to dislike at all. Not all furniture is super-new, but again - all works fine and everything is in place.
Summary: If you want to spend few days in Legoland with kids - great place.

Positive: The apartment is set up comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need, even a tea and coffee bar. There were plenty of utensils and dishes for cooking or for ordering in. The beds are comfortable, and the room feels spacious even with all the beds in the same space. We slept nicely. The curtains did a good job at boxing the light. The upstairs living room is comfortable and the play area is amazing! My children loved the variety of toys and the Foosball table. They played for a long time and said it was their favorite apartment. It was raining, so we didn't use the garden, but everything is set up beautifully. We stayed one night before spending a day at Legoland, and it is very conveniently located for a day at the park. Everything is thoughtfully laid out for a family to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved it and would stay again.
Negative: The shower head doesn't hang on the wall for a shower, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Positive: Location in a very quiet area. Perfect to relax. A great place for families with children. An amazing floor for children to play and adults to relax. The hosts are very nice, positive people. The place itself gives you a feeling of bliss. The equipment is very good. Coffee, tea, coffee milk and other accessories exceeded our expectations.
