Positive: I liked that it was in the woods away from a lot of traffic. Had good views off the back decks. Saw a lot of wildlife. We saw lots of deer feeding around. Also had a bear come drag the trash and trash can off the porch that was left by previous guest that housekeeping didn't take away.
Negative: Housekeeping didn't pick up the trash from the previous gust. It was still sitting on the porch in the can and bagged up when we arrived. I contacted the hosts and the said they would send someone to get it. They did no such thing though. Something got on the porch and scattered it all over the yard the first night. I let them know. They said again someone would come pick it up but again they did not. The next morning, I was awakened at 4 am by a bear dragging the trash can off the porch. When we left all the trash was still there scattered about. I'm all about keeping things clean but with the extreme housekeeping fees you have to pay to stay I'm not doing their job for them.
