Positive: The size of the room was great and the location was perfect.
Negative: No air conditioning. The fan was helpful but not enough even with the windows a little open. For the price paid the rooms should have air conditioning.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay - breakfast options were excellent, staff friendly and helpful. I appreciated the water tap near reception so I could refill my water bottle throughout the day. The bathroom in my room was stunning and everything was very clean. I didn't realise until I got to Bergen how well the hotel was located to key sights in the city.
Negative: A small thing - the desk and chair in the room was close to the door. So on entering the room with my suitcase was tricky and I kept bumping into the furniture. It's a bit of a tight space. That said I loved that I could swivel the TV and watch from either the bed or bathroom!

Positive: Fantastic breakfast. Couldn't fault it. No better selection anywhere and quality was superb.
Negative: Non- supportive pillows.

Positive: The staff were so helpful. Buffet breakfast was expansive and the dining room very comfortable. The shower in our bathroom was in a very deep bath which we could not manage but a staff member kindly moved us to another room as soon as possible.

Negative: Some cooked breakfast items were cold from sitting in unwarned trays. The luggage storage facility was insecure as each guest using the facility had access to all luggage via the freely given out code.
