Positive: The rooms were super large and the breakfast was AMAZING. We travel a lot and this was one of our best experiences. Martin at the front desk was super friendly as well as the other front desk staff. They go out of their way to help you and always have a smile on their face. The blond in the breakfast area was a ray of sunshine. We stayed 5 wonderful days. You will not regret staying here

Negative: Not really a complaint but I’m 5’3” and 74 years old. The handicap bathroom was large but toilet was so high it was a bit uncomfortable.

Positive: I asked for a quiet room and was given a great room on the 7th floor away from the road. In the 8th floor was a complimentary sunny lounge, great view, coffee and tea, nuts to nibble on and books to read. The gym was great for serious trainers. Squat rack with have enough free weights and a very good cable machine. Buffet breakfast was the best I've had in Scandinavia.

Positive: The *breakfast* was absolutely *amazing*—very rich and beyond our expectations. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. - The *location* was perfect for us—central and convenient.
Negative: The *room* was a bit small, which made it a bit cramped for our liking. - There were limited amenities—no choices for *shampoo*, *body lotion*, or *body wash*. - *Bathtubs* are only available in the *business suites*, which was a bit disappointing as we would have preferred one. - matresses and pillows can be more comfortable
Summary: despite the room size and limited amenities, the breakfast alone makes it worth the visit.

Positive: Wow! How nice to be greeted by two welcoming and knowledgeable young men who facilitated our check-in and enlightened us as to the services of the hotel. Our room was incredibly comfortable with great attention paid to travelers’ needs in mind. Towels and other amenities such as electrical outlets and hanging space were plentiful. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the temperature of the room, and a mini-fridge and complimentary sparkling water were a bonus. I’ll save the best for last…BREAKFAST BUFFET! Oh,my! The quantity,quality, and variety of food was staggering, and the presentation was absolutely inspired. Such a feast prepared us to visit the many places of interest within walking distance or easily accessible by tram. I would love to stay here again.
