Positive: Superb hotel with unexpectedly great facilities considering the small town location. Beautiful views from all directions. Room had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby (the hotel restaurant was closed the day I visited). Limited parking but I found a free hotel space. Superb breakfast, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. This hotel is quite expensive but well worth the money.

Negative: Can't think of anything except the weather wasn't too brilliant in March, as expected.

Summary: Surprisingly excellent hotel, one of the best among the Thon Group. Will stay again.

Positive: It was nice to be greeted by friendly staff - Ella at the reception after a long travel on the cruise. She also recommended some restaurants for dinner, very helpful indeed. The room is spacious enough for us with two big luggages, all the amenities needed are provided as well. Location is superb, just a walking distance after the Hurtigruten port and to the nearby harbour.

Positive: Our room had the most stunning view – it was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was excellent – varied, delicious, and beautifully presented, with something for everyone to enjoy. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
