Positive: The Barn has been beautifully converted and is comfortable, well equipped and has everything you could need. The hosts are lovely. The location is terrific. The facilities are very good. The Barn is maintained to a high standard and is perfectly clean. The bed is comfortable. Everything was excellent. Additionally, what I appreciated was that the bedding and furnishings are synthetic, hence no animal products are used. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: This conversion was amazing. So roomy and extremely comfortable. With the double glazing, there was no need to use the wood burner. The views are a delight. We wished we could have stayed longer. The eggs were so fresh.

Positive: Comfortable and has all you need. Good base when vistng Devon and north Cornwall. Strawberry Fields Farm Shop nearby.
Negative: Have to be careful of the potholes in the surrounding roads. No Netflix or BBC iPlayer.

Positive: Lovely comfy and clean accommodation in a very quiet location. Stunning views across the moor. So nice to have a welcome basket with eggs milk tea coffee and biscuits. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Positive: Firstly, I had to change the date but the owners were extremely accommodating - thank you! They gave us 'what 3 words' for directions which made the barn very easy to find. The barn was spotlessly clean and the facilities were lovely, modern kitchen with everything you needed including kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, tea towels, salt and pepper and cooking oil - things that are easily forgotten. Plus, there were some extras! Eggs and milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits, very much appreciated. The views from the dining table and bedroom were fabulous and we loved the wood burner.
Negative: Whilst there wasn't any wifi, this wasn't a particular issue as we were only there 1 night however, anyone staying for a protracted length of time might find this a challenge.
