Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Thousand Ally so much! This is a magical location well off the beaten path, in a small village in the hills. If you want to experience authentic Turkish village life, warm hospitality and amazing food, look no further. Thousand Ally is a truly unique adventure.

Summary: Perfect getaway if you want to get away from the crowds and have some relaxation time. A great remote location with a spectacular drive to get there. Wonderful attentive and friendly hosts catering for your every need. Can highly recommend this hotel and have already booked a longer stay for 2026.

Summary: This was one of the most unique and beautiful places I have ever stayed. The owner contacted me in advance to ask when we would arrive, and she was helpful in finding a place to park and other relevant information. As others have noted, the hotel is located in a rural village. It is about a half-hour pleasant drive to beaches. We rented the family room, which was plenty big for 5 people. The room appeared even more unique and beautiful than the pictures. There were also 2 bathrooms, which was helpful. The rooms did not have AC, but the owner supplied a fan since it was summer. As others have noted, the owners are amazing. We ordered dinner at the hotel both nights and enjoyed the explanations of what each dish was. The breakfast, which was included, was my favorite. The owner described how she made the cheeses, bread, etc., and the food certainly tasted fresh and delicious. In total, the vibe at the hotel was wonderful, and we appreciated learning about Turkish culture and cuisine from the hosts. We really felt like we were staying at someone's house with the lovely hospitality. Thank you!

Summary: We arrived a day early and there was no problem letting us stay. The hosts are so friendly and attentive. The place is soo peaceful and tranquil. It's amazing & feels like you are in another world. The food was amazing the evening meal was the best we had in the 3wks of travelling.

Summary: Cozy accommodation in a quiet, peaceful spot that feels like a small neighborhood. The host was super attentive. Clean, comfortable room. Lovely outdoor table for breakfast — delicious and high quality. 10 stars for the homemade börek, based on a family recipe. Truly delicious!

Summary: For anyone looking for peace and quietness in a hotel totally geared for personal service, then you cannot do much better than this hotel in a small Turkish village in the mountains north of Izmir.
