Our cozy cottage by the creekside is a perfect place to relax & be a base for the nearby attractions. One minute off the interstate, it' a convenient location to Appalachian Trail, Pipestem, Hatfield & McCoy Trail & National Forest. The small three-bedroom cottage has plenty of room for you and your family. Child friendly with a playroom, a large living room with games, movies, and a TV to access your favorite apps (HULU is free to guests), and a fully stock kitchen to enjoy meals. In a little neighborhood, behind the local high school. The school has basketball court and children playground, two minutes walking across the bridge and its open for the public after school hours during academic year- summer, its open all very round. Private parking area for three cars and parking across the bridge at the school after school hours, for additional parking.

Summary: We enjoyed being at the property. Our grandchildren loved the creek and the playroom. We would love to return to this cottage.

Summary: The place provides what we needed. It had multiple bedrooms and the kids little play room was used by our sons more than expected. It is an old place that could definitely use a little facelift. The property was nice and on a creek with a fire pit. My five year old loved the creek and catching crawfish. Overall no complaints and I would go back with my five year old.
