The home provides large open plan living flowing through the lounge, dining and into the kitchen. Boasting three double bedrooms, and modern bathroom. Outdoor living is ideal with a sun soaked patio off the lounge, a pool area and heaps of outdoor space.
You'll be the ideal temperature throughout the seasons with fireplace and heat pump in the living rooms and a second heat pump in the hallway.
The property is surrounded by trees and gardens creating a sense of privacy and a sense of country living. Fully fenced including an electric gate, making it safe and convenient.

Summary: House was clean and warm on arrival. Well equipped with everything we need. One small point to mention, shower waste and bathroom sink partially blocked and very slow to drain away! Would stay again

Summary: Very nice property and welcoming on arrival with the lights and heating on for us already as well as the welcoming chocolates for the kids. Clean overall and the bedrooms area great. Two heat pumps and a fireplace. Located close to town and shops, Parks and golf club as well as the pie shop up the road. World famous in Blenheim! Has got to be the best pies and variety I've tried anywhere. Make sure you try! Turn right from leaving the house then left at the roundabout.
