Your Sarasota oasis awaits in this three bedroom, two bathroom pool house, located just steps to the Legacy Trail and a short drive to the world-famous white sand beaches of our area. Located just seven miles to Siesta Key, ten miles to the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, and within a mile of shopping and restaurants, you are centrally located in your home away from home.
Walk in the inviting front door to the open floor plan of Meadowland. The living room overlooks the pool/lanai and has two chairs and a couch for you to relax or visit with friends. The dining area has seating for six and looks out over the front yard. The kitchen is conveniently open to the dining area and family room. Prepare your meals in this fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and abundant cabinetry storage. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, where you can watch the morning news or head over to the comfortably furnished family room. A large screen 70" tv streams your favorite channels that you can watch from the comfortable sectional couch. The family room has sliding glass doors to the lanai, bringing in an abundance of natural light.
The primary suite has a king-sized bed, smart tv, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The hall bathroom is located between these two bedrooms and has a shower, as well. A washer/dryer is also available for your use during your stay.
Spend your days soaking in the pool or relaxing in the spa. (Pool heating is available for $30/day). The poolside bar and additional lounge chairs provide space for you and your family/friends to visit and unwind. The fenced-in yard provides an extra element of privacy for your stay and allows the opportunity for you to bring your pet (approval and non-refundable $150 is required). Take your meals outside by cooking on the grill and dining on the lanai.
Take one of the two bikes to the Legacy Trail, which is a 18.5 mile scenic trail from Sarasota to Venice. Pack up the beach equipment for a day at Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach, or Lido Beach.
