Summary: Ryan was an excellent host! Friendly, great communication, and accommodating when I and my middle aged co-guests’ old eyes needed brighter light bulbs to play a game in the living room. Location is a great home base for exploring Riverwest, East Side and beyond. The space’s decor is as cool if not cooler than it appears in the listing photos, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Summary: Lovely old house! The home owner initially wanted to meet us upon arrival but when I asked for contactless check-in (I was exhausted, starving and needed to use the bathroom), he agreed. The neighborhood is in transition - a person rode up on a bike and asked me for money as I was waiting by the car. Fenced back yard was nice but I was surprised when two old (sweet) little dogs came out of the garage while we were out there. (We stayed here Aug. 20-21, but I guess the host reviewed us as being there the night before so that’s what it’s reflecting.)
