Positive: Location to Waltham & Cleethorpes was excellent. Only two of us stayed, but the property is (extremely) large enough for a family of four. It was very clean & had everything for our short stay. A very relaxing place & seeing the wild rabbits in the garden was very cute.
Negative: The toilet seat was extremely loose & a bit annoying 🙄

Positive: The property was fab. Nice open plan area downstairs, looks out to a big garden with lots of birds and rabbits. Three great size bedrooms upstairs. Everything we needed was there. Towels, fresh beds, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk. Communication from our host Debra was really good. We visited the area for a family wedding at hall farm, and this was a perfect choice to stay at and fantastic value for money. Very quiet, peaceful and comfortable stay. Highly recommend

Positive: I've enjoyed staying here it's been very comfortable for myself and family. We're lived in Brigsley for 30 years so we were familiar with the location and some of the neighbours.
Negative: There wasnt anything we didn't particularly like.

Positive: Stayed over Christmas and it was absolutely wonderful! Pictures don’t do it justice, the space is a lot bigger than the photos suggest. Clean, modern, warm and welcoming. Loved the extra Christmas touches! Stayed with the dog no problem! Able to contact if needed with speedy response. We would 10000% stay here again!
