Positive: The location with a view of the Forth and the three bridges. Nearby railway station with quick journeys to Edinburgh and other connections to other places. Nice and warm and spacious.

Negative: Some baking trays and dishes so we could have more cooking options.

Negative: Had to keep re tuning the tv when we turned it on not everyone has access to Netflix or Amazon so tv was a go to in the evenings

Positive: The view was spectacular quite frankly and if you love trains you are in for a real treat. The local town is lovely, not much there but we visited a lovely cafe on our last day. Also its very close to the station so a trip into Edinburgh is incredibly easy 👌. All in all a fantastic time here. Would definitely come again.

Negative: Not much at all really. Bed was a little springy and some bigger towels would have been great but apart from that it was lovely here.

Summary: Trains! Trains! and Beautiful views!

Positive: The area is quiet, safe and very scenic. The accommodation is good sized, well equipped.

Negative: Only tiny issues that bothered me is the TV had several led burn/bright spots, the curtain ties in bedroom were loose. I only highlight this to make the awake for the operators.

Positive: Comfy place for a family. A double bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. Bedding and towels are provided. View from the window is absolutely stunning. A short walk downhill from the railway station, about 15 minutes by train from the city centre.
