A total of six bedrooms and five and a half baths-- a ground floor bedroom with en suite bathroom (includes safety bars for the elderly), four bedrooms on the second floor (two with en suite bathrooms). Cottage with loft bedroom, full bathroom and wetbar attached to main house. Large private backyard -- no views of neighbors or streets from the back. Close to gorgeous, private beach. Excellent shopping at Tanger Outlet malls. High-quality outdoor barbecue. Wifi throughout the house, smart tvs throughout the house, with prime channels.
Ground floor of main house has open plan LR, DR and gourmet kitchen (two sinks, two dishwashers, quartz countertops, walk-in pantry). One bedroom with en suite bath is on ground floor. Dining room has french doors opening onto a wide covered porch which has a living area and a dining area. Travertine stone patio accommodates four teak lounge chairs for sun bathing. Professional barbecue, ping pong, and a large yard for games.
The upstairs includes a master suite: large bedroom with bay window overlooking the yard. Stone-tiled bathroom with tub, large separate shower stall, and two sinks. Walk-in closet and attached office with printers.
3 other bedrooms upstairs, one en suite with queen bed, one with two twin beds, and another with a queen bed. The latter two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with shower stall. All baths are tiled in stone.
A breezeway off the dining room accommodates a laundry room and storage area for towels and linens.

Summary: What a fabulous house this is! We have been here twice and each time we come home raving to friends. The house itself is incredibly spacious, much bigger than it looks in the pictures, and unlike a lot of beach houses, this one is a stunner. The whole downstairs living area has a nice flow - the kids could watch the tv, play the piano, play board games - while the kitchen is fully equipped for family meals - two dishwashers and a built in miele coffee machine, and every amenity you could think of. My parents joined us on the last trip and the ground floor bedroom with en-suite bath was perfect for them. There's also an attached guest house, with its own entrance and efficiency kitchen, which is beautifully appointed and really spoiled our friends who joined us on the weekend. We did go to the beautiful Quogue beach a lot, which is a short drive or bike ride away, but we found we spent much more time in the yard than we expected because it was hard to tear ourselves away. The yard is great! We loved the big dining table on the porch and the outdoor bbq for family meals, and there's lots of comfortable seating areas on the shaded porch and the patio to curl up with a book. The kids loved the grassy yard to play pingpong, soccer and frisbee when they weren't in the water. And at night the trees at the back of the property light up, so we all felt like we were in a beautiful resort. We can't say enough about this house, and we look forward to returning!

Summary: We were 12 including 6 boys, and could not have hoped for a better place. The house was clearly designed with "family" and "holiday" in mind; many separated spaces for people to take a break, and many common areas. A huge garden and great pool. Property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was most helpful and gave us all the spots to hit in the area. 4 min from the beach by car. We had a wonderful time.

Summary: We stayed a week in Lisa's house in Quogue, NY, and had an amazing time. We were a total of 13 across 3 generations, from 72 all the way down to 6 years old. The house is located conveniently just east of Westhampton Beach, which means you'll avoid some of the heavy traffic going towards Southampton and points further east. Of course, if you are planning to spend a lot of time in those towns further east, be sure to account for driving times. We did a couple of trips to Montauk, Southampton and Shelter Island, but for the most part it's perfect just staying at the house and around Quogue. The house is super spacious. They were plenty of bedrooms (and beds) for our group and the setup is really nice to get enough distance, if needed. There is an extension to the main house with a loft where one family can stay, then a big bedroom with an en-suite bathroom downstairs in the main house and the other bedrooms are upstairs in the main house. The kitchen is well equipped and having 2 dishwashers comes in really handy with such a large group. We loved the large dining room table that fit all of us comfortably! When we arrived the house was well stocked with daily necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, spices/herbs and the like. Of course we later on bought most of what we used (and left some other things behind), but it's really nice not to have to worry about the basics on the first evening of your arrival. The kids of course agreed that the pool was the best part. It's set in a huge backyard where we were lucky enough to spot some deers hanging out early in the morning. We also brought some (pool) toys ourselves, but again, the house is well equipped with boogie boards, balls and the like. Lisa was kind enough to setup a fence between the terrace and the pool just for extra safety with the kids. What's the nicest house without a great host, right? Well, Lisa is truly amazing. Leading up to our arrival she took care of the village beach permit and was very accommodating with regards to our somewhat fluent arrival time. We had a couple of small issues with the pool filter not running and the patio door not locking and both times Lisa immediately sent somebody to take care of it. We'd stay at Lisa's house again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to any large family looking for an amazing vacation in the Hamptons!

Summary: We area family of 6, with 4 young children and this house fit us perfectly. Aside from being just minutes from the beautiful Quogue beach, by car or bike (included), this home is located near great shopping and restaurants. We spent most days at the beach, but the pool and large back yard provided a nice respite from the ocean. The home was super clean and provided plenty of bedrooms (for many more if you required it). The owner is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to any families looking for a vacation in the Hamptons!

Summary: Had 12 people ranging in ages 24 to 64 from Australia, Scotland and Long Island staying here to be together for a wedding. The house is well stocked with all the amenities, it's beautiful and big enough and simply designed for ease of use and clean up. Location is great-walk to Quogue village or Westhampton Beach village...short drive to Riverhead for outlets, aquarium...a little farther along for vineyards. Great restaurants in area and great kitchen for in home feasts! Host is a great lady and will make sure everything goes just right!

Summary: We recently stayed and had a fantastic experience. Our group, of 9 people, flew into the West Hampton airport and we were literally settling in at the house within 5 mins. Bedroom set up could not have been better, as everyone practically had their own space and bathroom. The living/kitchen space set up great for our big group dinners and watching some college football. We would definitely book again for our next golf trip

Summary: We recently rented Lisa’s home the week of June 9th to celebrate my son’s b-day/mini staycation. The home was amazing, clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. We had a total of about 20 people that came and visited sporadically throughout the week, about 15 people slept over during different days of the week. This is such a perfect home for entertaining; the kitchen is super modern with two sinks (in different areas), double dishwasher, wine cooler, kitchen utensils, lots of plates, dishware, wine glasses, +++ kitchen necessary items. The beds are comfortable, clean sheets and new pillows, clean towels, some of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is very convenient for your VIP guests. The outside of the home is nice with several seating areas, a patio deck, bench, lounge beach chairs, ping pong table and beautiful swimming pool++grill. The other added plus of the home was the cottage that sleeps 3-4 with its own bathroom and kitchen – it was perfect for all my teenagers, they loved the cottage, it was a hit. The home is about a five-minute drive to the beach which was beautiful, also a 5 minute drive away from Main Street with a few restaurants, boutique, Rite Aide, Bank and cute shops – there is also a nearby movie theatre. We had such a great week at the home, my family and friends had a terrific time - we can’t wait to go back. Lisa the homeowner was so gracious, helpful and accommodating - she is very hands on and great to deal with, she made us feel very welcomed, by the time I left the home, I felt like Lisa and I were old friends.

Summary: I stayed at this rental for two weeks. It was a lovely, bright and spacious home. The house was very new and clean with complete updated appliances. The outside is well maintained, with great pool and patio. Easy access to Quogue Beach. Centrally located to Hamptons, easy drive. Highly recommend for families or singles. Most importantly, the owner is very professional and it was a pleasure to rent from her. I enjoyed my time at this rental!
