Summary: Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Home is very well kept and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. (a lot of vacation rental homes do not have comfortable beds in our experience ). Home was decorated for Christmas which was a pleasant surprise, and very appreciated. Max was quick to address the few minor issues we had.

Summary: My wife, myself and two sisters-in-law rented the property to visit with relatives who live in Fort Walton Beach. The house was clean and nicely decorated. All listed amenities were there and working, and we appreciated having the Amazon smart speaker available for music and news. The basket of k-cups was a nice touch, too. We will definitely check on availability of this property if we visit Ft. Walton again.
