Willamette University is extremely accessible and close by. We're right on the Salem bike tour track. This lovely little cottage is a true treasure. You will want for nothing, we have it all. Inside secure bike storage, full-size washer and dryer, air conditioning in the summer and cozy warm with our fireplace in the winter. Enjoy!

Summary: What a lovely little cottage, beautifully landscaped yard, clean and nicely decorated. They thought of everything and had lots of great extras like multiple coffee choices and a very cool AC setup cleverly concealed behind a painting when not in use. I’d stay here again just for a quiet getaway.

Summary: What a wonderful home-away-from-home this was for us when we visited Salem for the birth of a grandchild. Terrific, safe location, walking distance to the Capitol area, the hospital, Bush Pasture park, and just a block +/- from the seasonal farmers' market. The property is well-managed immaculate and stocked with all we needed. Nice appliances, including a near-new washer and dryer. Powerful wifi, plenty of outlets (including two bedside USB connections in each bedroom), and good lighting throughout. We'll be back for our next Salem visit!

Summary: Great, clean little cottage in a quaint neighborhood! Within walking distance to where our daughter lives, and convenient to drive to many other locations. The weather wasn’t great, so we didn’t get to explore much. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms were small but cozy! Loved the fireplace in the living room and the mature landscaping outside. Communication with the property manager was great and check in was smooth. Would definitely stay again!
