Ideally located for families and friends looking for a beach-side escape whilst also being close to hiking trails in Bouddi National Park.
This beautiful property features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas complete with a level garden, a beautiful pool, and poolside cabana.
Features include:
Three open-plan living spaces – one fenced pool ideal for kids and complete with poolside cabana and grassed area that’s great for kids, BBQ area and entertainment deck.
Outdoor shower
All rooms have individual A/C units
Full equipment kitchen with basic pantry items
Smart apple TV, Wi-Fi

Pets- Allowedon request. Please note there is a $100 dog tariff

Bedroom 3: King Bedin the studio. (The bed can be made up at 2 single beds on request)

Other things to note:
NO More Than 6 Guests - no more than 6 people are permitted to stay unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Guests Must NOT bring any additional mattresses or bedding.
NO Parties OR Events: The home is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please ensure you are respectful of the neighbours and there is to be no outdoor noise after 10pm. No music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to the immediate neighbours, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day.
Should there be noise disruption reported, our security company will be called to the property. This will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possible eviction with no refund of remaining nights’ accommodation.
Linen, Towels AND Cleaning, all included as part of the cleaning fee.
Credit Card PRE-Authorisation (Refundable) of $1,000 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge. The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds the Pre-Authorisation amount.
Smoking on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
