Positive: Loved that it was a full house and not just a room.

Negative: The unit was dirty, items from I assume a previous renter in there crumbs in fridge and rotten fruit in the hanging basket.

Summary: Other than the dirty unit and rotten fruit it was a decent stay.

Positive: The kitchen had what we needed and the living room entertainment center had games for all ages. I also liked having the air purifier, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

Negative: The lighting on the front was poor. There was no corner light by the stairs and I tripped going down because the asphalt abruptly ended shortly before the stairs so there was a gap there that I couldn’t see in the dark. It’s a very dangerous spot that can easily be fixed. The backyard had a string of lights that were not connected to any inside light switch so I couldn’t turn them off. The bedroom just inside was so bright my 5 year old was not convinced it was still night time and wouldn’t sleep past 3am. Beautiful lights but unless they are removed or the shades are not thin, it’s a poor choice of location. Maybe the front where light is needed?

Summary: I enjoyed the location and the cost was reasonable, especially with a last minute decision to visit a sick relative. It
