Summary: The duplex was super clean which is really important to me. The beds were comfortable and the linens smelled really fresh and clean. Really comfortable furnishings. The location to the main square in Gainsville was great just a few minutes. The location of the property was good however there are a few less desirable homes nearby. It was quiet and safe overall we thought this was a really great rental.

Summary: I can say nothing but great for this property, the hosts could not be more accommodating!! The place was so clean, well stocked and very nicely decorated. Will be going back!!!
