Positive: Location was great, close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Cute spacious cabin with a loft.
Negative: Fireplace that didn't work, loud refrigerator with a kitchen open to the loft sleeping area. Need to do the dishes and clean up after yourself for the next person. We found the floor a bit grubby.

Positive: Pet friendly, doggy bags, sheet and blanket for dog use. Very spacious apartment!
Negative: The fridge was really noisy, we had to unplug it at night. The stairs are really steep, and we are in good physical condition. The stairs rail was not attached to the wall at the top of the stairs. The bed was not very comfortable.

Positive: The location was great, and the overall experience was decent. The full-size kitchen was nice, along with options available for appliances.Though this location is on the older side,, it was perfectly cozy for our little family and tiny dog.
Negative: The pictures were a little deceptive. In the images, it shows a view of the ocean out the window, but the tree-lined covers any view. Granted, the ocean is about a half mile walk but still deceptive. The amenities state a fireplace, but there was none. The gas insert was removed. The overall place and layout were nice, and so was the decor. The towels were dingy white and wrinkled and did not seem clean, so we got our own to use on our bodies. The cabinets had food crumbs, and the microwave was dirty and smelled, and the stove was not cleaned. Their was not a trash bag in the indoor garbage, and the heater was not obvious if it was turned on or off without feeling for heat. The balcony door is off kilter, so when closed, there is a 1 inch gap. I wonder if we just got one of the older units because it was the last one available. The bathtub did not have a stopper for our kids to take a bath. There were dead bugs smashed to the ceiling (only two), but we are tall, and the ceilings are low where they were located. These are small things, but they had an impact on how we used the space. We did not use any kitchen items or appliances because of the conditions and smell, which was unfortunate. We still thought the place was cute. .

Positive: Location was great, coffee stand across the street was exceptional (Kookamungas). The little kitchen was a nice addition and everything was clean, and they provided us with coffee and snacks!
Negative: No AC and it was very warm.
