Negative: The only thing is the sofa that turns into a bed it kept sinking a bunch when laying on it and kept trying to fix it was not helping

Positive: Spacious and homey set up. Easy to feel comfortable and not too cramped with a group of people. Cottage style helped make the stay more peaceful. No waking up in the middle of the night from other room doors slamming or people talking like you would in a typical ocean shores hotel. The set up also made having a pet much easier. Also there was a fire pit located on the property that made for a nice end to the night!
Negative: Everything was clean except for the pull out couch bed. There was a diaper on the underside of the mattress and some food wrappers. Luckily there were sheets provided to cover the mattress

Positive: Liked · Newly remodeled with beautiful walk through the dunes to the beach. Perfect location opposite an excellent donut and coffee place.
Negative: The bedroom setup is a little different. 2nd bedroom is accessed through the first.
Summary: Beautiful cabin with independent entrance/parking perfect for our grumpy old dog.
