Summary: We had a horrible experience at another hotel in the area and saw someone’s review, who also had a similar situation at the same hotel, recommend this property and we are so glad we took their advice. We enjoyed the hotel and the food options are AMAZING. It was lovely to sit outside on the patio and watch the river. The suite was perfect !

Summary: A wonderful stay, with thoughtful service. Breakfast was available very early to allow for a trip up to Machu Picchu when it opens. Also provided us with the ability to shower and change after checkout.

Summary: A lovely hotel. Our room overlooked the river and was quiet while being a one minute walk (if that) to the action. The staff was great and took our bags to the train station and met us 30 minutes before departure. I highly recommend!

Summary: We were met at the train station (look for the Tierra Viva sign) and our bags trollied the 5 minute walk to the hotel. The staff was professional and helpful. Our room was large overlooking the river. The bed and pillows comfortable. There is a water filter in the lobby for refills (no need to use plastic). First shower this trip with both hot water and great water pressure. It’s a 5 minute walk to the bus to Machu Pichu. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Aguas Caliente.

Summary: Beautiful hotel in Aguas Calientes, just outside of the hustle bustle so quiet. We had room 504 which is corner unit. Huge room with big balcony overlooking the river. Bathroom has a combined jet tub-shower with alot of pressure. Staff is great, welcoming and smiling and always making sure you are a happy traveler! Included breakfast is very complete with made t order omelet, fresh fruits, etc
