Summary: Pros:The hotel staff was professional, kind, attentive and very accommodating. The food and services were good. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Cons: Got ripped off by the cab service that serves the hotel a couple of times, since they don’t have standardized fees and each driver charges whatever they want. The bed sheets were rough. Hotel made a mistake with my final bill and charged me extra but corrected it at the end.

Summary: The service was excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood in Trujillo. The neighborhood is very mellow and has lots of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance of the hotel. It’s a very safe neighborhood and you should have no problem walking around it even at night. The hotel itself is very clean and has a modern feel. The hotel is located close to the airport and you can get there within 10 to 15 minutes.
