Positive: Everything was superlative. Spacious apartment, two air conditioners, cleanliness, everything you need to cook. The owner was prompt and helped us with every request we had. Two bicycles that can be used free of charge by the people staying.

Positive: The property is in a great location close to the bars and restaurants. The apartment was cozy and sun filled, and I enjoyed the balcony even though it was just overlooking the parking lot. The washing machine and oven were great to have but took some time to figure out; I would recommend the hosts to give some home instructions for these things but fortunately we found youtube videos that helped! The hosts do respond to questions quickly but we didn’t want to bother them too much over a holiday weekend. I’d definitely book it again, it’s great for longer stays when you want to be able to cook and do laundry!
Negative: There are some amenities that would be nice, such as beach towels and lotion, but this is more like an airbnb than a hotel so it is understandable. Not a big deal as there are plenty of stores around to buy these things.
Summary: Great spot for a longer stay holiday in Ayia Napa!

Positive: Very clean, welcoming flat, nicely decorated.
Negative: A lot of light coming in the sitting room because the kitchenette window doesn't have a curtain and the curtain on the balcony door didn't close to the bottom. Whoever is sleeping on the sofa bed in the sitting room would be woken up by the light in the morning. It was noisy in the evening until late (except for Sunday night) because of music from nearby clubs, but I guess that is a widespread problem in Agia Napa.
