Positive: located right off the beach. The Lake was perfect for kayaking all day and we had live music (amazing) at night :) The condo was clean, comfy and cozy. The property manager Joe was amazing along with the staff from the Tiki Resort. We will definitely be doing this stay again :) love it

Positive: Can't beat the value in this place. Perfect family getaway on the beach. Everything we needed with great views, fun activities, fishing, private outdoor furniture to relax, live music, 3 full beds, washer/dryer and check-in flexibility. We enjoyed bonfires and s'mores at night and my kids had the best fishing all summer right from the dock. Over 100 fish in 3 days. They also loved the paddle boards (additional cost at Tiki beach resort) Host is very accommodating. Offered us an early check in which we couldn't take due to scheduling but it was appreciated. Owner of the resort that the condo sits on is a wonderful woman and so nice too.

Negative: Couldn't get wifi to work, but it isn't necessarily a reflection of this property. The whole area is a dead spot for wifi. My husband needed it for his fantasy football draft so he drove into town to connect. (Wish he had just missed it altogether) 🙄

Summary: Our second stay here in two years. We will be back!

Positive: the owner of the Condo was very nice. the place was so clean and he was available for any questions. very updated.

Negative: the Tiki beach itself has changed a lot. the staff is so short handed. opened and closed at no particular set time. the bar was never opened only the tiki hut.

Summary: a nice place to get away sit on the beach on the private condo side and relax. bring your own food and drinks. owner mad
