Bring your boat or rent a boat we have room on the dock. Additional 20+ foot behind our boat to tie up your boat or a rental boat.
12 Minutes from Punta Gorda Airport or 30 Minutes from Fort Myers (RSW) Airport
(Ask about our drivers who will pick you up from the airport for a minimal fee)
Pass the rental car lines and high prices at the airport (Enterprise rental car is 2 miles away from our house and lower prices than the airport) our drivers will drop you off and pick you up for minimal fee.
We will give discount for more days rented, just send me a message and let me know how many days you want.
This house is the perfect place for family and friends to getaway. You will make lasting memories in this beautiful well taken care of home.
The house will sleep 7 people Max.
This beautifully decorated home has 3 bedroom/2 bathroom right on the canal with a quiet neighborhood. Bring your boat and tie up to the large dock or rent a local boat (at Fisherman's Village or Laishley's Marina 2 miles away by boat). This house is within 5 minute water access to Charlotte Harbor.
Pool has a heater as well as solar heat with a solar blanket provided to keep the heat in at night. Large screened lanai, a grill, and large outside seating area.
Kitchen is well equipped for you to cook a feast. There is seating for 4 at kitchen table, 6/10 at dining room table and 4 at the kitchen bar.
We supply all linens, towels, beach towels, hair dryers (1 in each bathroom), beach umbrella, beach chairs, bikes, Kayaks, fishing poles and tackle box. We supply a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom but probably not enough for your entire stay, so plan accordingly.
Washer and Dryer are included.
Renters agree to $1000 refundable deposit.
Check-in is at 4PM and Check out is 10AM
When booking you need to put in exact number of people staying in house or you will be charged $50 per night person over the amount booked.
The parking at the house is limited to 3 cars/trucks there is no trailer parking at house but there is trailer parking at ramp or owner has name of local secured trailer parking area.

Summary: We stayed in Jacque and Tom's beautiful home for 6 nights. It was very clean and they thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and inviting. My teenage boys spent lots of time in the pool and enjoyed having the smart tvs in their rooms. Loved the decor and the furnishings. Close to Punta Gorda where there are numerous great restaurants and shopping. Many beaches are close by as well as parks. Wish we had stayed longer! Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you so much, Jacque, for everything!

Summary: This house is beautifully decorated and well furnished for your vacation. The location is great and close access to the local Fishermen Village. Enough space to spread out and the pool is an added bonus. The owners were excellent to work with and communication was top notch!

Summary: Enamored by the properties decor and attention to detail. PM guided us through every moment of the checkin to checkout. The property itself was very comfortable and homely. Coming from a 6 bedroom 6000sqft home you’re always concerned about how the property would accommodate a robust family such as hours. Well it worked out beyond our expectation! The kids had a blast and it seemed like the property owners were prepared for every and any necessity that may have arisen. The pool was perfect in size and temperature. We had access to PM throughout the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities of the gorgeous property and hope to return soon. Kudos!!

Summary: Our family spent a week at this perfect vacation Home. I cannot say enough good things about this house. This house has everything you need and more. We travel often and this has to be one of cleanest homes we have ever rented. Jacque was so informative about beaches, restaurants and the area in general. My girls especially enjoyed fishing off the dock. There was so much to do we wish we had stayed for another week! We are looking forward to our next trip to Port Charlotte
