Summary: Nice stay & property as it appears on website. Slight hiccup at checkin which was sorted out & we got our 2 rooms as booked. Manager was kind enough to drive us around for a city tour on Sunday - 4 hrs for 400 NAD each person. Very interesting history & tour was good. Also he drove us to the airport for our early flight for a reasonable price.

Summary: Tilla's Guesthouse is in a great location, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. All-in-all this was a great value.

Summary: Handy for the city. Good parking, WiFi and a fairly good breakfast. Stayed at the second site nearby and were very well looked after by Malcolm.

Summary: I was very happy with my 3 nights stay at Tilla’s. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room has everything, including tea/coffee kettle, small fridge and working A/C; the internet speed is good, and the breakfasts are fine. The only 2 points, that cannot really be changed, are : 1) It is a bit of a walk from downtown and there are no restaurant or corner store market in the vicinity that I am aware of. 2) it can be a bit noisy at night, because of other customers. This said, I would not hesitate to go back.

Summary: Very nice place with awesome hosts. A really nice family runs this hotel and always very helpful in any equerries we had. Also, the rooms were cleaned everyday. You'll get fridge, AC, really clean bathroom and TV with (I guess, satellite). Also, on the territory they have a nice conference room, where you can held a meeting for 20-30 people. The wifi signal everywhere is solid and fast. Also, they have a beautiful parrot, who can say some English words)) The location is in a intellectual place - some universities you can find there. Also, the names of the streets around are Bach, Beethoven, Strauss and other great musicians) Overall - great place! Highly recommended.

Summary: We stayed for one night. We requested two rooms but when we arrived they only had one in the main building. We were put up in an apartment a few blocks from the main building. The apartment was clean, and had enough supplies. We liked the apartment very much. We drove back to the main building for breakfast, which was fine, but the breakfast is somewhat minimal.

Summary: We did have a minor hiccup for allotting one single bed instead of 2 as per our booking. The owners admitted the mistake by their staff while entering particulars and corrected the situation in quick time. For breakfast, they ensured we had adequate vegetarian food. overall friendly assistance.

Summary: A very good place to stay in Windhoek, only a 1.5km walk to city centre. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet in my room did not work terribly well, nor did many or of the power outlets. Other than that a fine stay.
