Positive: Very close to bus and train stations. Easy stroll to the Pingtung night market. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was included at nearby MOS cafe.

Negative: Towels were a little thin. Water from shower tended to wet entire bathroom floor.

Summary: A very location for transport and ideal for a solo traveler.

Positive: This hotel has a big bathroom and is very close to Pingtung station 3-minute walk. The room is good and clean with a window through which I can see the outside view of the city.

Negative: The hotel sign is too small and sometimes without no staff at the front desk. The hotel without an elevator is carrying huge luggage, so we need to carry it up on stairs. And room door was broken, could not lock, and I needed to ask the staff several times.

Positive: Clean and comfy, good location.

Negative: I was asked if I can cancel my booking upon check-in and, was notified after I’ve paid for the full amount in cash and after my stay that my booking was cancelled and that I’ve not stayed in the hotel which is not true. The electronic locks do not work properly as it was running low in battery and we couldn’t open our door when we wanted to get our luggages before getting our train upon leaving PingTung. The taxi which we’ve booked for the morning did not appear and we had to improvise and find another taxi so as to carry out our planned itinerary.

Summary: A mix of good and bad. Never had a hotel booking cancelled by the hotel after I have paid in full and completed my stay.
