Negative: The rooms only get cleaned every 7 days, which I think is disgusting. We stayed 5 days, and we felt uncomfortable at the end. At the same time there are no cleaning tools or determines to do some cleaning for yourself.

Positive: This was our 3rd stay at this property in Munich. There is a small grocery store just a few blocks away, so it was very convenient for getting items for breakfasts in. The location is also convenient to public transportation which is adjacent to the grocery store. We will certainly be staying here again.

Negative: There were only a couple of glasses available, and they were on the large side. I could have used something smaller for my juice in the morning. The refrigerator must have been set to the coldest setting because the milk and juice containers were frozen in the morning. It too awhile to get them thawed out for use.

Summary: Great place to stay in Munich if you don't need daily refresh of your room

Positive: It was super clean and comfy and had a well equipped kitchen. Excellent shower and great mattress.

Negative: It was a nice spot - close in but not too crazy busy.

Summary: Super hotel with a very nice staff. Great location and a lovely bakery in the neighborhood with easy transit
