This timeless designed, North facing beach house sits behind mature native trees and gardens in the highly desired location of North Boomerang Beach.
Suitable for one or two families; over-sized rooms allow space for everyone.
Wide, sun-bathed deck with BBQ to relax while the kids explore the large lawn.
Rear deck with heated 4.5m swim spa and sun-drenched outdoor lounge.
250m to North Boomerang Beach (patrolled in season)
900m to Lizzie Beach (patrolled in season).
Only a few minutes car or bike ride to the local shops and cafes.
BEDROOM 1: King bed with ensuite.
BEDROOM 2: King Bed
BEDROOM 3: 2 x King Single
BEDROOM 4/ Rumpus: 1 x King Single Bunks + 1 additional trundle on request. 50" Television with Netflix.
LOUNGE: Corner lounge, 55 Television with Netflix.
KITCHEN: Microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, full size fridge.
DINING: 8 seat table + 2 additional bench stools.
LAUNDRY (Downstairs): Oversized with board storage, second full size fridge, washing machine, dryer and third bathroom.
Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the house.

Full linen is included for beds and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
No buck's, hen's, schoolies or other parties are allowed. We like a party too, but this residential neighbourhood is not the place. Quiet time is after 10pm each night.

Summary: Best area, beaches amazing, best property, beds were very comfortable, owner was so attentive to details with check in and check out. Owner went above and beyond to help make our holiday even better. Highly recommend this property and we will be back!

Summary: Striking property perfect for 2 families with young children including a secure garden (perfect for little ones) and space for a dog. The property was unpretentious and durable, so no worrying about the possibility of breakage. Although we were adults (over 50!) it worked for us too and our grown up children popped over from time to time to enjoy the facilities. Plus the beach was only 5 minutes walk away!

Summary: The property is a very short walk to north Boomerang and less than 5 mins drive to Lizzie. Excellent beds and super sized bedrooms. The bathrooms are quite dated but clean. Kitchen has everything you need and thoughtful inclusions make it welcoming. Great for a large family.

Summary: Overall the house was roomy and comfortable. We had access to all the comforts of home. The air conditioned bedrooms made such a difference during the hot nights and the two living areas gave our young adult children privacy. The house was well situated in relation to the patrolled section of the beach which was a bonus. The only way hung we would change was the linen situation as we found it a drag to bring our own sheets and towels.
