The living room features a brick-stacked fireplace and a flat-screen television with cable and a Blue-Ray DVD player. Prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, providing both large and small appliances to make you feel right at home. Summary: What a wonderful summer cottage on the lake! A well stocked kitchen and the gas grill made meals easy to prepare. The dock provided great access to the water. The view was amazing and we would highly recommend this property.

Summary: This was our third summer at this home and we love it. It's location, unbelievable closeness to Lake Winnipesaukee and amenities inside are perfect for us. It's impossible to give it an adequate review but the fact we keep coming back and added a second week this year should indicate how great it is for our family; a Mom, Dad and two kids (7) & (5).

Summary: This is our second year in the house and we look forward to more. The house is perfectly situated on the lake with several amenities and features that make it an ideal spot for our family. The wrap-around porch is surely a highlight as are the dock and swim raft. We fished, boated, swam, chatted, all the things you hope to do on a Winni vacation. The fire pit (newly updated) was excellent for catching the late night lake activity while enjoying cozy conversation and smore's.We had some rain, but the DVD player and some games were used to pass the time...thank you!
