Summary: Traveled for a baseball tournament and it was PERFECT! We are a family of 4 (2 kids 14 and 12 yo). The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It felt like home as soon as we walked in, we never felt cramped for space. PROS -Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer made everything easy. A quick 3 minute drive to Walmart and all kinds of food around the area. Easy access to I-15. Awesome balcony. CONS- bowling alley was closed. Elevator not working. Balcony looked out onto the freeway and Orem train station. Kinda noisy but not a negative for our family. Overall, we want to come back anytime we have a tourney in this area. I no longer want to stay at a hotel. Not when we can stay at a pace like this.

Summary: The apartment was nice with comfortable beds. Very convenient to UVU where we attending Graduation. Owners were very responsive. However, many of the Amenities were unusable. The pool and hot tub and bowling alley were all closed. The pool and hot tub had been closed for a month due to lack of chlorine. The theater had the remote stolen so again you could not use it. The rock climbing wall was the only thing working. Also the disposal was not working for most of our trip. Also beware if anyone comes to visit. Our son was towed while parked in front of the club house. They are militant about not parking in visitor parking which is not marked well. Fee was 300.00

Summary: Great place, would definitely stay here again. Easy to get to Provo via Geneva Road and 8th North. We avoided University parkway for the most part. YAY. Having a second bathroom for our party of 4 was a huge plus. Kitchen was well stocked and communication with owner was good--he gave very good instructions before we arrived and replied quickly to a couple of messages we sent. Ask for a second parking pass if you need it for a small fee. Note:This property is on the 3rd floor not particularly close to the elevator. We used stairs almost exclusively. Not a problem for our ages and health considerations but it could be for some.

Summary: This place was perfect for our stay. We were walking distance to UVU campus for the state wrestling tournament. Parking was easy. The only bad part was the upstairs neighbor stomping around, but nothing could be done about that!! There is cookware and dishes. Bring your own baking pans, but otherwise well stocked for eating in. They even provide laundry supplies. That was great. When I received the check in email, there is a great link that is very helpful, but there was no contact information listed under the contact section. All numbers and emails were blank. The only way to contact the host was through Vrbo, which I couldn’t do because it was booked under a different account than my primary (my fault).

Summary: We stayed here because we were moving my son into his apartment at UVU. The apartment was perfect! I was able to do a couple loads of laundry and it was great to have the space to get organized.
