Positive: I liked that pets are allowed to stay in the appartment although later the host said that he spent lot of time cleaning the hair of my cat on the sofa (I have no cats).?¿
Negative: At the begining the host seemed so pleasant and nice but the washing machine was not working when he offered that, usual tv didn't work, he didn't explain how to get to the pool when he knew that I was with my father who is 90 years old and used a wheelchair and the host didn't answer some important questions about when and where to leave the keys when leaving the appartment. Thanks God there are some nice people living and working there Who explained me everything I needed

Positive: Everything was perfect! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful in every possible way. At first, I was a bit skeptical because of the many 10/10 reviews — but now I understand why. This place truly deserves that rating. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. I highly recommend it, and if I ever come back, this will definitely be my first and preferred choice.
Negative: There is nothing to say. All was perfect.

Positive: The flat is of very good quality, recently renovated, and it has a potential to serve for a longer stay: * Very comfortable bed (unless you happen to sleep in the middle where two mattresses join) * Finally a light duvet cover made available in Gran Canaria ( to cover oneself) instead of a sheet * Pillows are new and comfortable * Very well equipped kitchen (with appliances & utensils) and convinenty placed sockets (under the upper cabinet) * Efficent wifi * Renovated bathroom, big enough shower, washing machine, no economies on toilet paper, soap for the shower made available, new, good quality towels * Very good location (a short walking distance to Yumbo, a supermarket, bus to the airport) * Flexible check-in. It was possible to enter as soon as the flat was cleaned after previous guests, before the officially planned check-in I do recommend.
