Negative: Someone needs to fix the games and the TV does not work there is mold growing in the upstairs bedroom window lost of broken things that the property owner needs to replace I probably won’t recommend people to stay there

Negative: There were issues with bed linens, 1 bed had fecal smear and it wasn’t a stain, 1 comforter had an ? Oil smear with some tissue dried on it, we noticed this the second day. D/W didn’t work, ice/water on fridge door didn’t work. There was a tv but guest had to provide their own streaming at guest expense
Summary: Would have to really see improvement to want to stay there again. I would like to ask for a 20% refund for the unpleasan

Positive: The cottage was very comfortable and chill. Loved the gas fireplace and hearing the ocean at night. I was happy to have access to a Keurig coffee maker as we had brought pods for the stay.
Negative: We had to drive a long ways to get there, but it was worth it.

Positive: Loved the pool table and the closeness to the center of town and to the beach. This will be a great family getaway in the future.
Negative: No instructions were left on how to use the gas fireplace. Ice trays were not clean. Looks like someone used them as chocolate molds

Positive: Was just as the pictures showed and was very spacious. Crystal was also very helpful with coming out to show us how to correctly lock and unlock the door!
Negative: The message for check in sent me the pass code to the tinker house instead of the cottage. It was lucky that we decided to show up right after 4 and no later for getting in

Positive: Open floor plan, close to beach, plenty of room & loved the games. Lots of supplies eg toilet paper, pans, towels & bedding. Was a really lovely cottage.
Negative: Was a couple of things needing repair - sink handle in bathroom was falling off ( we fixed it 🤩) Couple of blinds need sorting out. It was really hot at night so a fan in each room would be awesome ( we just had one in big bedroom) Outdoors garbage cans were already full & overflowing on Thursday upon arrival.
Summary: We had an amazing time in Long Beach. We have been several times but the cottage is in top two places for accommodation.
