It is only about 3 miles from St. George and minutes from multiple biking and hiking trails. It is a little over an hour from some of the most beautiful national parks in the nation, including Zions, and Bryce, and only 2 hours from Lake Powell. It is an outdoor enthusiasts' paradise with innumerable trails and gardens throughout the city. Ivins was designed with limited lighting and well designed streets that magnify it's beauty.
The mobile home sits on a quarter acre lot with a fire pit and well manicured desert themed yard. It offers a lot of privacy although it is in a small neighborhood.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our weekend getaway. The mobile home is clean, the yard is large and the neighborhood is quiet. Very close to the beauty that Southern Utah has to offer those of us who love the outdoors! For us, the only drawback was that the bed in the master was too firm. We picked up dinner at Arrabiata, a small local restaurant where you're treated like family. The food was delicious! We thank Sharron for a quiet little place to enjoy our weekend getaway.

Summary: My only complaint is the air fresheners were so intense it was almost toxic when I got there, considered leaving due to this. Had to air it out for the first 2-days which was difficult with the windows. Other than that is was good.

Summary: We were very happy with the amount of parking available because we had a truck and trailer that fit perfectly! The appliances that we used all worked and the home itself was just cozy. We were only about 20 minutes from sand hollow which is what we made the trip for so that was super convenient. We also had dinner reservations at the anasazi in st George and we were only about 10 minutes away from there. Overall we loved this place and would stay again in the future!
