Positive: Nice Tiny House, very clean, and the owner is very kind and welcoming .
Negative: Unfortunately, I had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the wind and nearby traffic. The Tiny House vibrated quite a bit whenever cars passed, which made it feel less stable than I expected. The wooden structure seemed very sensitive to movement.

Positive: The tiny house was brand new and very clean. It had all the necessary equipment to stay a while. The price was quite low, but given all the downsides, that's understandable.
Negative: The location was not as expected. The name was 'Tiny house by Laacher See', but the Laacher See is kilometers away, and not visible from the tiny house. The location is in the backyard of a house, close to a road. In the morning heavy trucks made the bed tremble. It was not at all a nice area to stay. It was not decorated, so it looked a bit cold. In the sitting and eating area, there were 3 or 4 dust bins for separation of waste, which also didn't look so nice. The beds were small and not very comfortable. You needed to climb a sort of ladder to get to the bed. We wanted to shower in the morning, but there was no hot water. Later on I discovered you needed to turn on the boiler up front. I don't think that was indicated anywere.
Summary: Tiny house not near a lake.
