Once a laundromat, the history is in the details, built in 1928 it now has been turned into a beautiful lodge. Summary: We enjoyed this tiny house during our stay. It’s clean, dog-friendly with a fenced patio and within a 20-30 minute drive to the surrounding popular hiking and nature sight-seeing spots. The town itself is very small and you’ll need to drive a little ways for restaurants and groceries. The mercantile shop directly next door is very cute and a great spot to get coffee, Ice cream and local goods. Would recommend for a family of four (like us) or smaller.

Summary: The "tiny home" is not so tiny, very well restored, well furnished and so quiet. Excellent communication with the host, extremely responsive and friendly.. The area has a lot to offer. We certainly will come back.

Summary: We needed a place to stay near Shawnee National Forest. We were more than pleasantly surprised with this tiny home. We only bookes one night, but wished we had stayed longer to enjoy the house and neighborhood. The house had all the necessities to make breakfast and we slept comfortably. Summary: We visited Gardens of the Gods and Cave in the Rock, both places we loved. The rental property was near both parks. The house was just what we wanted. It had everything we needed. There were limited restaurants but we enjoyed cooking at home and then sit by the fire pit afterwards. Would rent this place again if we find ourselves in that area.
