Summary: We were looking for a quiet getaway for a couple of days (somewhere dog-friendly). We certainly found that here as we were the only ones staying in the entire resort. :-) Since we stayed mid-week there were no staff on-site but help was available by phone if needed. We booked a cabin (not realizing that it had no en-suite facilities (bathroom) so upon check-in we upgraded to a tiny home. It was clean, comfortable and pretty well equipped for our stay. A couple of items missing were wine glasses and corkscrew/bottle opener (so bring your own!). While firewood is available on-site we chose to bring our own along with fire starters and lighter (which are not available). We took our own chairs (which was a good thing as there are only picnic tables and wooden swings to sit on outside). We ended up driving down into Sherman (20 minutes down the road) to pick up groceries as we didn't realize that breakfast is only available on the weekends and the local restaurants aren't open on Mondays - not a big deal. We made use of the indoor recreation area which was well-equipped with a pool table and a couple of ping-pong tables as well as games etc. The grounds were generally pretty good but could use a little TLC before the start of the Spring season (dead shubbery in the planter boxes, weeds sprouting and pot holes beginning to appear in the driveway). Overall, it was a good stay and we will definitely go back again. We'll just be better prepared next time.

Summary: Really appreciate the help and support from property management and representative Amber as well as from Expedia customer service representative. Because of kids I decided to upgrade the cabin at the last minute and both the parties acted on it immediately and helped me out. Thank you so much!

Summary: I have been here twice one on a romantic getaway and the other a family trip and it was amazing both times! I have stayed in the cabins as well as the tiny homes and it was great I prefer the tiny home just since it has private versus using the public showers which that was great very clean and nice but inconvenient when you have to tinkle in the middle of the night lol. Planning the cabin for my son’s birthday in January we will definitely be making this a twice a year trip! And I will tell everyone I know about it!!

Summary: How can you call this a Tiny Home? It has no bathroom It should be called a camping experience. A person has to leave their cabin walk a football length to a central bath house to go to the bath house. A old man like me gets up 2 times during the night to pee. It's a long cold walk to the bath house. Will NOT be staying again.

Summary: Pros: The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was good, it was clean Cons: no remote for the TV on our first night (couldn't find anyone to help), bath house only had a shower, all toilets were out of service, the string lights outside our cabin were not working (ruined the ambiance), I feel like we caught them at a bad time maybe? This place has great potential to be awesome, I just feel like for the price...maybe they need to make some improvements.
