Welcome to the tiny home that feels big! This unique home is clean and tidy with bespoke finishes such as reclaimed wall planks, Newfoundland spruce siding, a custom IKEA kitchen. With floor to ceiling room dividing doors this place is both functional and stylish.
Located on the main floor is the kitchen and living room with patio doors to a fenced in back yard. The second floor includes a washroom, laundry and den area which can be used as a lounge or a dressing room. From the den you walk up the stairs into the third floor loft bedroom with a queen size bed and high end skylight. This beautiful house has been fully renovated from top to bottom and would be a great base for your St. John's stay.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. Summary: This house is a recently renovated gem with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed have a coffee maker and kettle ready in the morning. The bed on the top floor was comfortable and faced a large window, which we kept open for the breeze. The middle floor washroom was large and clean. The location is perfect, a short walk to parks, the cathedral, cafes, Signal Hill, Water and George streets. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The location of the house is perfect - walkable to all the downtown action and a short drive to Signal Hill as well as the airport. The place was perfect for us as a couple, it was spotless, the host was easy to communicate with, and the parking pass was a real bonus. We would highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in St. John’s.
