Summary: Nightmare trying to check in, no access, note on door to phone a number, a recorded message in German. With help on a German speaker, message said keys in a box. This information should have been in the reservation notes..😡

Summary: Hotel is really nice with very helpful staff, design in rooms is special and very original, I liked it a lot! The breakfast was good, I could even fill up my drinking cup with tea before leaving! Eggs are cooked as per your liking, all in all a great experience, thanks, I will be back!
