Positive: good location of the hotel with a nice private beach (it’s not 100% sandy though). Lots of sport activities (paddle board, e bike, tennis, yoga etc). Very good gym with lots of equipment. Higher level staff (dedicated guest managers, receptionists) are very supportive and try to help you if you have a problem. Despite the specifics of Bodrum with hilly landscape (and the hotel is no exception), you don feel too tired walking there as there are escalators, lifts and buggy service
Negative: The hotel is really big and it looks like they hire waitresses and other support workers for high session to address demand. These workers are not well trained- not often polite, don’t speak English at all. Not 5-star experience at all. While the location in the secluded area is perfect for one week stay, you can get bored. I didn’t feel that there were many excursions offered to some nice places. The hotel can easily organize some kind of daily ferry to interesting places which will also benefit local villages/people living there.

Negative: the hotel missed our plans for one of the days which is a lot if you're staying for 4 nights due to a staff mistake.

Positive: From the hotel itself is 10/10 by far one of the best hotels I've been to and in terms of service from staff, it was the best service I've received in a hotel. This hotel is definitely in my top 5! The butler team are amazing, friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Amazing facilities for children and kids club is massive with lots to do. The restaurants had a good selection of food and the quality of the food was excellent.
Negative: Most restaurants are outdoors so in the rain they'll all be closed apart from the main restaurant.
Summary: 10/10 experience from beginning to end

Positive: Overall stay was good. Rooms are generally very comfortable and clean. Return guest to this property, yet I was disappointed with the stay on this occasion. Hotel certainly needs to undertake maintenance in their rooms. Not sure if it was a case of end of season, but first room I was provided with had door and plumbing issues. After multiple communications with their guest services team to say the issues had not been fixed, I was provided with another room, which was much more suitable. Property is generally good value for money with multiple forms of entertainment available. Only downside of the ‘all inclusive’ statement is that depending on where you go to eat, sometimes you have to pay. Hotel was exceptionally busy during the stay at the end of the season, and for this reason, it certainly didn’t have that relaxing vibe for the first few days I was there. Service levels were ok, but not as good as previous stay.

Positive: The property has everything even though it was end of season and things were beginning to close you still had everything you’d ever need from a resort. The amenities are all to a high standard and the property itself is stunning. It is a bit far from the town but if you’re not looking at leaving the resort it’s perfect. The views and beach are all beautiful. The way the hotel communicate through your own WhatsApp group is also helpful. There is plenty of choice for bars and places to eat. Loads to entertain kids with the clubs and activities from all ages. The food was nice and the resort as a whole was fantastic.
Negative: Although the buffet was nice it was a bit repetitive each day. The restaurants that you had to pay extra for were a bit disappointing in terms of quality as they were no better than the buffet. Also the booking of the extra restaurants was hard as it was always full so you have to do this either before you get there or first thing.
