Summary: The front desk staff did not create a welcoming atmosphere. Also, The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of selections

Summary: The lighting in the room was not good . Very poor lighting at the foyer entrace and in some closets. Air conditioning panel does not have auto settings. Bath tub mechanism didn't work . Almost all restaurants are not a part of all inclusive package, otherwise amazing resort . Great staff . Extremely well managed and best buffet restaurant so far

Summary: It is a great hotel but it needs repairs in some places, air con is old and not efficient, pools have tiles missing in places. Top marks - Entertaiment 10/10, Kids club needs more toys , more things for kids, many machines are not working. Food 9/10.

Summary: This is the best resort in Antalya. Service is top! A real palace. Worth every penny you spen. You can relax, eat the best food, gaming and play rooms for the kids, diskotek, view points, spa and so on. Everything was perfect. We loved it.

Summary: WOW!! Where do I start?? The whole hotel is just really beautiful but more than this the staff that run it are amazing from the moment I stepped from my taxi and was greeted at the amazing door to the moment I left everyone was more than lovely to me… this hotel really is 5 star… I’ve found my forever holiday destination!!.. beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean.. pools are lovely, food is amazing, entertainment top notch, I could just go on and on… but I would like to thank all the staff.. from reception, pool area, chefs, cleaner’s everyone for making my stay .. perfect… I can not recommend this hotel highly enough… and I WILL be returning.. Thank You!!! Xx

Summary: Hotel was lovely, food was good especially the seasoned fries, the night entertainment was enjoyable, the drinks were branded which is a positive . We celebrated our daughter’s 1st birthday there, however they forgot to send the cake and we had to remind them. Apart from that it was a great stay.

Summary: I don’t often give 5-star ratings, but this hotel truly deserves it. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Faryar—an absolute gem. She was incredibly helpful and professional, made our check-in smooth and easy, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we’re already hoping to return. —Dr. Taheri
