Positive: The warm welcome, kindness and support of the tenants (an Uros family). The quiet environment. The confort of the beds (I counted at least 4or 5 layers of blanket). It feels so warm within the beds.

Negative: Limited electric power in one of the room I used (I could not connect my machine for apnea). Hot water was slow to arrive in the shower.

Positive: Everything. The room was large and extremely comfortable with an excellent view of the lake. There are numerous areas for lounge sun tanning reading and just relaxing. The food was excellent and Celia the chef was extremely accommodating. She even gave me an impromptu Peruvian cooking class. Felipe gave a tour of the community by boat and it was so enlightening and informative.

Positive: They helped us secure rides from the train station and to the airport so we didn't have to manage knowing everything about Puno before we arrived. The pickup at the train station was seamless and the driver got us to the correct dock on time. Dinner was waiting for us, the whole experience felt VIP.

Positive: Excellent meals provided by the host. Location is perfect. Room is beautiful with amazing views. Host family is one the most amazing families I met, humble and very hard working, trying their best to give us the best experiences in Lake Titicaca. Very responsible host. I highly recommend! In fact, I booked another trip to stay with them in 2 months with my family. One of the most important things I like is the excellent communication between the host and us before and during the stay, the ability to understand English makes things so much easier.
